In the future, there exists an underground European city that has hidden secret levels containing crucial information about its past. Mihai, who was once an assassin, returns to live with Kiri, who now owns a restaurant. Naoto, a sword-wielding individual, and Haine, a person with white hair and mysterious origins due to genetic engineering, sometimes work together as partners. Badou, another partner of theirs, wears an eyepatch.
