Yukihisa Matsuda, a guest conductor with Rising Star Orchestra in Paris, will perform Wagners Tannhäuser Overture as part of his duties for Recyl Symphony Orchestra. Upon hearing the orchestra members speak highly of Shinichi Chiaki, another budding Japanese conductor from Roux-Marlet Orchestra, Matsuda feels a sense of disdain due to the presence of yet another "Black-Haired Noble" in the city.
