Kamiya Hiroshi is a Japanese voice actor who began his career in Aoni Production after attending Aoni Juku. He has been affiliated with the company since his debut in 1994 and hosts several radio programs, including "Kamiya Hiroshi Ono Daisuke no DearGirl Stories" with fellow seiyuu Ono Daisuke. The program won "Best Personality Awards" at the 9th Annual Seiyuu Awards in 2015. Kamiya Hiroshi is also a vocalist for MasochistiC Ono BanD (MOB), which debuted in Nippon Budoukan through the DearGirl Stories Festival Carnival Matsuri and went on hiatus in 2015 but returned for their 10th-anniversary celebration. He has also collaborated with Miyu Irino to form a Kiramune unit called KAmiYU, which released its first mini-album "link-up" in August 2011. Kamiya Hiroshi has won numerous awards for his voice acting and personality, including the Best Supporting Actor Award at the 2nd Seiyuu Awards, the Best Actor and Best Personality Awards at the 3rd Seiyuu Awards, and the Voice Actor Award at the Tokyo Anime Awards. He was inducted into the Seiyuu Awards Hall of Fame for winning the Most Votes Award five consecutive times.
