The "Otherworld" is a mysterious and dangerous realm that humans rarely encounter. It's home to numerous creatures that pose a threat to any brave enough to venture into it. To explore its desolate yet captivating environment, one must search for hidden portals that could be found in unexpected places like elevators or shrine entrances. Sorawo Kamikoshi and Toriko Nishina both face their own challenges while exploring the Otherworld. While Sorawo contemplates whether to continue or give up on life after a harrowing encounter with a terrifying creature, Toriko searches for her friend Satsuki, who she believes is lost within the realm. When they finally meet, friendship flourishes between them. To gain more knowledge about this enigmatic dimension, they travel back and forth from our world to theirs. As they do so, their bodies become influenced by the Otherworld, preparing them for the challenges that lie ahead as they work towards fulfilling their goals.
