Tenchi Masaki is taken aback when a young girl approaches him and calls him "Daddy." Assuming she has mistaken him for someone else, he brings her home to clear up the confusion. However, things only become more complicated when the girl introduces herself as Mayuka Masaki, his daughter. The household is thrown into chaos as the girls refuse to believe that Mayuka is actually Tenchi's child. DNA testing confirms their suspicions and Washuu realizes that Mayuka is from the future, resulting from a recent time distortion. With this new information, everyone tries to welcome Mayuka into their lives except for Ryouko Hakubi, who senses something sinister about her charming demeanor.
