A daring little mouse named Gamba goes on a trip with his companions to witness the vast expanse of the sea, but during their journey, they come across an injured mouse and learn about the cruelty inflicted by white ferret Noroi. Compassionate and determined, Gamba resolves to aid the mice who are being oppressed under Noroi's despotic rule.
