The movie is an action film that combines elements of both the "007" series and Jackie Chan's movies. It follows the story of SML, a secret organization dedicated to maintaining peace in the world, whose members are code-named Oiroke (sexual attractiveness) and Kinniku (muscle). Along with their allies from the Nohara family and Kasukabe Defense Forces (Shinnosuke Nohara, Kazama-kun, Nene-chan, Masao-kun, and Bo-chan), they must battle against Buta no Hizume, an evil organization that seeks to take over the world through a computer virus.
