Meet Yoshihito, a 23-year-old man who lives alone and has no job or romantic partner. To make ends meet, he rents out one of the rooms in his home to Lily, his first tenant. While showing her around, she is attacked by Vivian, a vampire, and Yoshihito discovers that Lily is actually a werewolf. As they adjust to living together, Yoshihito finds himself being recruited for an organization responsible for maintaining order in parallel universes. Strange creatures continue to move into his home as tenants.
