According to Quirk Doomsday Theory, the group Humarise believes that people with quirks are diseased and must be eliminated. To achieve this goal, they have constructed a deadly device called a "Trigger Bomb" which causes those with quirks to lose control and die. Their leader, Flect Turn, evades capture from Pro Heroes worldwide. While studying in Otheon with Japan's top Pro Hero Izuku Midoriya, Deku is falsely accused of a crime he didn't commit. Accidentally involving Roddy Soul, a local resident, Deku finds himself on the run with the boy. Now, it falls to Roddy, Deku, and his classmates to stop Humarise's Trigger Bomb plot, led by Flect, while evading other persistent members of the group.
