In 2006, Tokyo Prefectural Jujutsu High School was home to two inseparable best friends, Satoru Gojou and Suguru Getou. These Special Grade sorcerers believed that no challenge was too great for them, as they were young and powerful. Their mission was to safely deliver a sensible girl named Riko Amanai to the entity whose existence defined the jujutsu world. However, this task plunged them into an exhausting swirl of moral conflict that threatened to destroy the already fragile harmony between sorcerers and ordinary humans.
Twelve years later, students and sorcerers were on the frontlines against the growing number of high-level curses born from human negative emotions. As these entities grew in power, their self-awareness and ambition also increased. The curses united for a common goal: to eradicate humans and create a world powered only by cursed energy users, led by a dangerous ancient cursed spirit.
To eliminate their greatest obstacle-the strongest sorcerer, Gojou-the curses orchestrated an attack at Shibuya Station on Halloween. Splitting into teams, the sorcerers entered the fight prepared to risk everything to protect the innocent and their own kind.
Jujutsu Kaisen 2nd Season was released on Blu-ray and DVD in six volumes from October 18, 2023, to May 22, 2024.
