Meet Hirono Kenta, your average geeky junior high school student with an unwavering love for Tokusatsu and anime. He sees himself as the "Hero of Justice" and is often seen running around in his own unique costume called "Wing Man." Although most of his classmates think he's just a crazy otaku, his childhood friend Miku believes he's a noble spirit. One day, while walking to school, Hirono encounters a beautiful and voluptuous girl who falls from the sky into his life. Confused but dutiful, he takes her home to recover. Later, he learns that she is Yume Aoi, Princess of the Dreamscape called Botoreem, whose domain has been conquered by Rimeru and his army of monstrous "Seed Men." She needs the "Dream Note" back to become Master of the Universe, but Hirono has already begun drawing into it. As he continues to draw, Hirono discovers that his designs on Wing Man come to life, making him his own creation. Along with Aoi, they embark on a strange and exciting adventure. As they journey together, Hirono inadvertently involves all of his friends, especially Miku, in their quest to save Yume's people and free her father from Rimeru's clutches. Rimeru sends his minions, including the noble yet devious Kitakura, masquerading as a teacher at Hirono's school, to retrieve the "Dream Note." As they try to steal it, Hirono and Aoi must use their newfound powers to protect it.
