Suddenly, a mysterious alien race known as the Boazan Forces have invaded Earth. A special team of individuals trained to handle such situations has been released. Kenichi, Ippei, Daijirou, Hiyoshi & Megumi are the pilots of the Choudenji Machine Voltes V (5), which is Earth's defense against the Boazan and their terrifying Beast Warriors. The plot thickens as the Go Brothers discover their true heritage and the truth behind their fathers disappearance. Emotions and conflicts hinder them at times, but they must go to the source of it all to find their dad. With the help of rebels on Earth and Boazan's homeworld, the Voltes Team has another mission: remove tyrant Zu Zanbajil and liberate the people of Boazan.
