Shuuji and Chise are high school students in Hokkaido. The reserved Chise has finally confessed to Shuuji, and they're now exchanging awkward diary entries. One day, during an air raid on Sapporo, Shuuji tries to flee but witnesses a breathtaking scene of Chise wielding a powerful weapon as she shoots down enemy fighters one by one. It turns out that Chise is the ultimate weapon with immense destructive power, crucial for the war effort.
