The story revolves around a young boy named Jim Hawkins who embarks on a journey in search of Captain Flint's legendary treasure. Along the way, he is accompanied by John Silver, whom he considers to be his best friend. However, when they reach Treasure Island, it is revealed that John Silver has been hiding his true identity as the ruthless pirate who once served under Captain Flint himself. This revelation leaves Jim feeling betrayed and conflicted about his emotions towards John Silver, who still views him as a friend.
This is an anime adaptation of the classic novel "Treasure Island" written by Scottish novelist Robert Louis Stevenson in 1882.
