In 2119, the spaceship Green Sleeves discovered three planets that had been attacked by X23, a rogue planet heading towards Earth. The Earth government ordered Green Sleeves to attack X23, but Captain Dr. Sugita refused, believing they could coexist peacefully. Suddenly, communication with Green Sleeves was abruptly cut off. In 2121, Susumu, the son of Dr. Sugita, received a visit from strangers who took him to Dr. Miya, one of the few supporters of his father's decision. Dr. Miya advised Susumu to join White Pegasus, a team of specialized medical rescuers with a Micronizer System that could shrink humans and heal them from within their bodies. Just as X23 came into visual range, Hues - the aliens of X23 - targeted Susumu's friend first. With the help of White Pegasus, they managed to defeat Hues inside his body. However, Susumu discovered that the signals emitted from the chips within Hues were actually music composed by himself and his mother as a gift for Dr. Sugita.
