Hakuo Gakuin is facing closure because students have been transferring to Seishikan following mysterious injuries sustained by those who refused to move. To safeguard the school and its pupils, Kojiro from the Fuma ninja clan is hired. After discovering that Seishikan has enlisted the aid of the Yasha ninja clan, whose ancestors had been at odds with the Fuma for centuries, Kojiro seeks assistance from his fellow Fuma ninjas. Despite being employed to safeguard both schools, the two rival clans pledge to eradicate one another completely so that only one clan can prevail.
