In Tokio village, there is a local elementary school where all fourth-graders possess superpowers that are questionable in their effectiveness, such as flying eyeballs and missile hair. Ippei and his friends work diligently to become ninjas, but they face constant bullying from the overconfident cheats residing in Techno village. This unique blend of ninja action and school humor is derived from a popular children's manga by Kawai Kazuyoshi.
