As Rozen Maiden concludes, a new chapter starts in Rozen Maiden: Träumend. At Jun Sakuradas house, Shinku and the other sentient dolls from the Rozen Maiden collection continue their daily routine. With his role as Shinks partner in the Alice Game now settled, Jun prepares to resume school. Although the dolls spend their days comfortably at home, ominous times are on the horizon with the arrival of a new enemy: Barasuishou, the seventh Rozen Maiden. Despite being an enigma even to her sisters, Shinku sees this as a sign that the Alice Game is nearing its end, which means the dolls will soon have to fight each other. Plagued by nightmares about another doll and the upcoming battle, Shinku starts distancing herself from her companions. To secure victory, she must make a high sacrifice-the lives of her sisters.
