In Paris, Shinichi Chiaki overcomes his fear of flying and Megumi "Nodame" Noda excels in a piano competition, earning her an invitation to study at the renowned Conservatoire de Paris. Together, they embark on their journey towards achieving their goals as Chiaki becomes a rising conductor under the mentorship of Franz von Stresemann and Nodame studies with Charles Auclair. However, the music industry is vastly more complex than they could have imagined, requiring them to battle it out alongside old friends and new adversaries in order to reach the pinnacle of their careers while remaining grounded in what truly matters.
