Giuseppe is a youthful individual with a tendency to become fully immersed in anything that captures his attention. Due to this trait, the townspeople have given him the nickname "Toristukare Otoko." One day, while strolling through town, he encounters a girl named Pechka, who sells balloons but appears to be carrying a sense of melancholy. Intrigued by her, Giuseppe decides to assist her by utilizing the skills he has acquired over time to discreetly address the issues that seem to be weighing heavily on her heart, along with the help of his companion mouse, Cielo.
