After the Ryunka disaster, Tokyo experiences social upheaval. To make matters worse, the aliens responsible for causing the catastrophe have fled from the Space Federation and are hiding on Earth. Birdy Cephon Altera, a Space Federation officer who shares a body with high schooler Tsutomu Senkawa, is tasked with capturing these fugitives and bringing them to justice. However, an unexpected crisis arises when the outlaws become targets of an assassin with a personal vendetta. Now Birdy must navigate through everyday life while also uncovering the identity of this assassin before more innocent lives are lost.
