The Mafia has become rampant in America, leading to regular assassinations on the streets. A mysterious company known as Inferno is responsible for many of these killings through their use of a seemingly indestructible human weapon called "Phantom." On one day, a Japanese tourist unintentionally witnesses Phantom's latest murder and attempts to flee by hiding in a secluded building. However, it turns out that Phantom is actually a young woman named Ein, the leader of Inferno, who captures the tourist and brainwashes him into forgetting his past identity. Renamed "Zwei," this former peaceful traveler is now under the control of Inferno and must fight to stay alive in a world filled with lies, deceit, and violence. He hopes one day to regain his memories and escape from this dangerous realm where he is constantly at risk of death.
