In 2008, Shibuya, Japan, Takumi Nishijou, a high school student at Private Suimei Academy, learns about the New Generation murders that have been taking place in the city. Despite dismissing the topic because he believes it does not concern him, strange occurrences begin to happen around him. He receives a horrific image on his computer and encounters a mysterious Pink-Haired girl at a murder scene. As events unfold, Takumi struggles to distinguish between reality and illusion. His fate becomes clear as the perpetrator behind the New Generation murders attempts to locate him, leading him into a world where nothing is what it seems.

ChäoS;HEAd adapts parts of the original visual novel, although it differs significantly from the source material.
