Despite her love for eating cakes, Ichigo Amano has never excelled at anything else. After meeting Henri Lucas, a renowned pastry chef, it's discovered that she possesses incredible tasting abilities, though she was unaware of them. Recognizing her talent, Henri offers Ichigo the chance to attend St. Marie Academy, an esteemed culinary school specializing in desserts. Although new to the field and lacking skills, thanks to Henri's recommendation, Ichigo is placed in the top group with the "Sweets Princes." The princes, known for their magical sweets, are Sennosuke Andou, an expert in Japanese confections; Satsuki Hanabusa, skilled in candied flowers; and Makoto Kashino, a talented chocolatier. Alongside the Sweets Princes and their "Sweets Spirits" - fairies who grant pastry chefs' dreams - Ichigo works towards her goals in the competitive world of sweets.
