After Niche carries the injured and stunned Lag back to the Bee Hive, the Letter Bee finally starts piecing together what has happened. Now he knows why the Marauders are so focused on stealing mail and the true intent of the group controlling both, Reverse. However, when he is forbidden from revealing the truth, Lag is forced out of the artificial sunlight and back into the world of perpetual night. As if that wasn't enough, Reverse's plot to take down the Letter Bees and overthrow the Amberground government begins to accelerate.
