Before starting a new school year, Misaki Fujioka goes to Yomiyama City to meet her twin sister Mei Misaki. They spend their last days of summer exploring the city and visiting places like shopping centers and shooting galleries. While in Mei's basement, she expresses concern about her new class, which is rumored to be cursed. Later, they visit an amusement park for some fun, but their peaceful day turns into a tragic one when Mei sees the color of death on Misaki, indicating that a disaster is imminent.
