In Japan, taking part in extracurricular activities is considered an essential aspect of education alongside chalk and gym shorts. Not every student excels academically, and some, like Yuki Ojima, find solace in groups such as the Food Research Club where they can relax. However, when a new candidate for Student Council president announces her intention to abolish clubs like the FRC, things get challenging for slackers. The current Student Council president's suggestion of having Yuki run for the council seems counterintuitive, but it might just work. Chisato, the chocolate-averse president of the FRC and Yuki's best childhood friend, along with members from other targeted school clubs, join forces to form an army of goofballs. However, can this group succeed in achieving political victory, or will someone have to step up and take one for the team?
