In 2100AD, high-speed railways have become commonplace. The World Railway Conference has introduced a new mode of transportation known as the Laser Rail, which allows trains to travel through the air. To operate on this system, a Train Base is established, where global trains equipped with artificial intelligence and robotic bodies are housed. As a result, the Train Heroes emerge. These heroes undergo rigorous training sessions at the base and may be called upon to assist in disaster relief efforts.
