In the worlds works and welfare agency (w.w.w.a.), two junior agents named kei and yuri were initially assigned to work together under the code name "lovely angels." despite having a history of misconduct, kei was given another chance at the agency. meanwhile, yuri's romantic exploits were well-known, and the two had an instant dislike for each other when they first met. initially, kei and yuri refused to work with one another, but after some time, they continued to do so, earning the nickname "the dirty pair" due to their tendency to cause collateral damage in completing their cases. although they now get along better, kei and yuri still bicker and complain to each other. it's important to note that this series is an alternate universe version of dirty pair, set in the years 2248-49.
