The special edition of volume 5 of the Mikakunin de Shinkoukei manga comes with an OVA (Original Video Animation). In this OVA, Mashiro and Kobeni share stories from their pasts. Kobeni recounts a tale from her childhood involving Benio and Nadeshiko, while Mashiro describes one of her days back in the mountains.
