Japan has recently implemented strict new morality laws which have resulted in a society free from obscenity and impurity. The government monitors citizens using special devices worn around their necks, to ensure chastity remains high. In this world of sexual suppression, Tanukichi Okuma, son of an infamous terrorist who opposed the chastity laws, has just started high school and is eager to get close to Anna Nishikinomiya, his childhood friend and crush, by joining the student council. However, Ayame Kajou, the vice president of the council, harbors a secret identity as Blue Snow, a criminal dedicated to spreading lewd material amongst the public. Tanukichi's father's notoriety has caught her attention and she invites him to join her organization called SOX, where he is forced to spread obscene propaganda in order to launch an assault against the government's oppressive rule. The school is set as their first target and Tanukichi will have to make a difficult decision when he realizes that their primary goal is to attack the person he admires most.
Episode 1 was previewed at a screening at Yebisu Garden Place on June 28, 2015. Regular broadcasting began on July 5, 2015.
