Sailor Moon is still having trouble managing both her home life and her duties as a guardian of love and justice. Along with the other Sailor Guardians and her boyfriend, they begin investigating cases involving students from Mugen Academy, an elite school for top-performing students. During this investigation, they encounter three unusual individuals: Haruka Tenou, a skilled racecar driver; Michiru Kaiou, a gifted violinist; and Hotaru Tomoe, a weak girl with a mysterious background. As more incidents occur, the Sailor Guardians are confronted by another surprise-the emergence of two new planetary protectors who have their own motivations. Despite any doubts about these newcomers' loyalty to Usagi and her teammates, they all face a common enemy: Pharaoh 90, an evil entity with malicious intentions.
