Amara, Guardian of Heavens, Sailor Uranus, 天王 はるか

Haruka is an individual who possesses strong willpower and determination, while also being protective and stubborn at times. She has a charming personality and can be doting on occasion. Haruka is formally introduced in the third story arc, although she makes her first appearance alongside Sailor Neptune in the final episode of Sailor Moon R. In terms of physical form, she transforms into Sailor Uranus when needed. Haruka is known as part of the Outer Senshi group in Fanon. At a young age of sixteen, she becomes a racecar driver and is one grade ahead of her peers due to the timing of her birthday relative to the Japanese school year.
