In this story, there is a 13-year-old girl named Mirai who lives in the human world. She witnesses an object falling from the sky into the park, which she brings her stuffed bear Mofurun to see what it was. When she arrives at the scene, she sees a young girl flying on a broom named Riko. Riko is from the magical world and has been searching for a powerful jewel called "Link Stone Emerald." However, before they can find it, an ally of dark magic users Dokurokushi appears and demands that Riko hand over the Link Stone Emerald. To make matters worse, Batti uses dark magic to create a monster known as Yokubaru. Mirai and Riko join hands and use the magic words "Cure-up Rapapa!" to transform into Pretty Cure and defeat Yokubaru together.
