Like many of her classmates, Koyuki Honda eagerly anticipates her graduation ceremony. However, unlike her peers who have family members attending, Koyuki has no one by her side as her only relative, her brother, passed away years ago. While paying her respects at his grave, she encounters two brothers named Kiri and Victor Putin pursuing a mysterious creature. They attempt to reassure her that they are merely actors filming a movie; however, Victor piques Koyuki's curiosity about the old legend surrounding the clock tower at the cemetery. If you make a wish under the clock tower during a full moon at midnight, time will rewind, enabling someone to recover what they have lost. Intrigued by this tale, Koyuki decides to make her wish. She soon discovers the horrifying truth: the legend is a deception designed to lure humans into giving up their precious time. As they are drawn to regrets, Victor employs Koyuki as bait to attract a demon. Kiri and Victor reveal that they are Chronos Rulers, warriors who combat Horologues using the "Oath of Time" - an artifact enabling them to speed up or slow down time. With the demon vanquished and the threat neutralized, Koyuki is finally able to move on from her sorrows. Nevertheless, she realizes that she is not alone in her struggles. The two boys must continue their quest to eradicate Horologues and safeguard humanity.
