The story takes place in Dahlia Academy, where two nations, both proud, meet; the "Black Doggies" from Touwa's Eastern Nation and "White Cats" from West's Principality are longtime rivals. Romio Inuzuka, leader of the Black Doggies dormitory, and Juliet Persia, head of the White Cats dorm, appear to be enemies. However, in reality, they are deeply in love but fear revealing their relationship would anger all their peers. To keep peace, they conceal their affection, which means missing out on many couple activities. As they grow closer, Romio and Juliet realize that maintaining secrecy may become impossible.
