Meet Milk-chan, a girl living in a house perched atop a building with two companions: Tetsu-ko, an anxious robot resembling a bottle, and Hanage, a green blob with a mustache. Despite being impoverished and unable to afford rent, especially after her failed attempt to blackmail local ants, Milk-chan is rescued when the president himself offers her a job - a secret mission. When receiving assignments from The President, Milk-chan playfully responds with "Hello, Bank of Hokkaido. Just kidding!" After accepting her task, Milk-chan and her friends embark on their adventure aboard the "Milk-6" helicopter, reminiscent of 1970s spy thrillers or Bond movies.
