The President  

President, Daitōryō

A man who was born in 1964 is the president of Everything. Despite his election being unknown to everyone on the show, he has a stout bald head and runs the country Milk lives in (referred to as "our nation"). The President assigns missions to Milk but it's up to her whether she takes them or not. He turns out to be an unskilled leader who mistakenly orders his own country's best missile to be fired on himself, believing that his citizens would try to execute him if he didn't do so. The President has short arms and slams the desk when speaking over the phone. He enjoys wine, women, and song but prefers cheap wine, loose women, and off-key karaoke. Additionally, he attracts flies.
