13 years ago, there was an unexpected event in Tokyo where one part of it detached from its original location and began floating in mid-air. This resulted in two separate parts of Tokyo - "Old Tokyo," which remained on the ground, and "New Tokyo," which floated above it. Despite their separation, communication and interaction between them were impossible. Over time, years passed without any contact or connection between the two cities. Recently, a young girl has perceived that Old Tokyo is about to fall back down to the earth, so she embarked on a dangerous journey from Old Tokyo to New Tokyo in an attempt to prevent the impending disaster and save its citizens.
