During an investigation into a strange noise in space, Basara lands on a snowy planet where he encounters hostile inhabitants. On this planet, he meets Pedro, a young boy who enjoys watching the Galaxy Network and admires Fire Bomber. Additionally, Basara discovers that the sound he is searching for originates from Emilia, a solitary Meltrandi attempting to create music on her own.
