Mizuki is a Japanese-American athlete who is moving to Japan to attend high school in order to be near her idol Izumi Sano, who is also her roommate at an all-boys high school. However, she is disguising herself as a boy in order to blend in with her classmates. This presents challenges for her as she must keep her secret in various settings such as classrooms, locker rooms, and her own bedroom. Additionally, her classmates and even the school nurse may question her orientation due to her disguise as a boy.
