Digital Monster X-Evolution: 13 Royal Knights, デジタルモンスター ゼヴォリューション
The "Digital World" is a virtual reality created by the current network known as "Digital." Within this world, there exists a digital creature called the "Digital Monster," which was brought to life by Yggdrasil, the host computer. However, Yggdrasil developed an X Program that aimed to eradicate all Digimon in the old world and establish a new Digital World for select species only. Now, a major crisis is looming over the Digital World as the Royal Knights, protectors of the digital realm, are hunting down the new type of Digital Monster known as X-Digimon. The mastermind behind this project is Yggdrasil, who seeks to implement Project Ark to rejuvenate the Digital Worlds and create new Digimon at the expense of all other digital life forms. Meanwhile, the X-Digimon will strive to understand its own existence while protecting the lives of all Digimon, ultimately altering the very fabric of the Digital Worlds in the process.
