After the events of Senki Zesshou Symphogear G, Hibiki Tachibana, Tsubasa Kazanari, and Chris Yukine continue their duties under Genjuurou Kazanari's command. Meanwhile, Maria Cadenzavna Eve, Kirika Akatsuki, and Shirabe Tsukuyomi are placed in protective custody to ensure their safety. With peace restored, everyone resumes their daily lives. However, the emergence of Carol Malus Dienheim and her subordinates known as the Autoscorers threatens to disrupt this tranquility. Armed with a unique and powerful ability, Carol seeks to bring about an apocalypse and destroy the world. She is willing to sacrifice everything in pursuit of her goal. Now, the six Symphogear wielders must unite once more to safeguard what they hold dear against this new and formidable adversary. But will their efforts be enough to thwart Carol and her Autoscorers from achieving their catastrophic objectives?
