A mouse who was badly injured and managed to escape from a ship in Tokyo Harbor tells other local mice about how he escaped from Devils Island. There, the evil white weasel named Noroi had been crushing the mice with his reign of terror. Despite this, Gamba, a tough-guy mouse, impulsively decides to help depose Noroi and put an end to his tyranny over the local mice population.
