During a night when the sky was illuminated by a vibrant red moon, a typical high school girl named Mei Ayazuki encountered a man claiming to be a magician named Charlie at a festival. Through his magic, he transported her back in time to Tokyo during the Meiji era. There, she became enamored with several prominent historical figures from that period.
