It appears that Kei is a high school student who has recently discovered his ability to live forever. Unfortunately, this newfound immortality does not grant him any superhero abilities and instead makes him an object of fascination and fear from both the general public and governments alike. As such, he must face the difficult decision of whether or not to use his powers for good or evil, while also grappling with the ethical implications of his own existence.
