In the sequel of Shirow's renowned anime, Al, Leona, along with their faithful steed Bonaparte, continue to combat crime in New Port City alongside other members of the Tank Police. However, a new threat emerges as terrorists employ advanced weaponry for a series of attacks. Despite being outnumbered and under-equipped, Al and Leona embark on a mission to uncover the source of these assaults. The story features intense explosions and high-speed pursuits, with Leona often causing more harm than the criminals she chases after.
