Leon's squad leader is quite macho and doesn't pay much attention to regulations or the safety, health, and property of civilians. He's known for being an excellent marksman, preferring his large, old-fashioned revolver (which he affectionately calls "the Castigator") over automatic weapons used by other squad members. Additionally, Leon has a subscription to "How to Kill" Magazine for life.
