A vehicle driven by Izumi Yasaka, who was previously working at a facility called Sanctuary, is reported to have crashed into the Public Safety Bureau building before it could be stopped. Izumi had recently fled from Sanctuary and was on her way to the bureau when the incident occurred. The counselor's sudden departure from Sanctuary led to an immediate request for her return by the facility. This request was interpreted as a direct order from the Chief and the board at Sanctuary, prompting Inspectors Mika Shimotsuki and Akane Tsunemori to escort Izumi back personally. While investigating further with their team, Tsunemori intends to uncover more about the facility's secrets. This case now presents an opportunity for Shimotsuki to be the primary investigator on a significant matter, as she and her Enforcers delve deeper into Sanctuary's mysteries.
