As the demand for high-quality organ transplants continues to rise in Japan, various underground organizations have resorted to kidnapping and murder operations to obtain organs for sale. Surgeon doctors have also started practicing, with some even intervening in outside countries like China. Our protagonist, Tamaki Suzuhara, a beautiful but enigmatic high school girl, embarks on a quest to locate someone of great importance who has gone missing. In her search, she becomes entangled in an illegal organ trafficking network that kidnaps individuals deemed "morally cured" for the surgical removal of their organs. As Tamaki navigates this bloody journey and grapples with her moral dilemma, we wonder if she will be able to find what she is looking for.
